Direct Sales and Facebook

Less and less people are attending or hosting parties for many reasons.  Either they’ve attended way too many in their life and simply don’t want to go to one for a while.  They might not have the money at the time they were invited.  They are afraid to ask their friends to come to a party in order for them to reap the rewards.  A bad experience may have hindered their desire to go to another party.  Another reason can be something as basic as the weather conditions, making it hard for someone to get around. Finally, the most common one you’d hear is they don’t have enough time.  But then it makes you wonder if you are getting played for a fool, especially if your friends blew you off only for you to find out that they stayed at home playing Words with Friends on Facebook the entire evening.

As a direct seller, you need to make sales.   This month, you might be on your way to earn a car, get a title promotion, or a cash bonus, but if you don’t reach your numbers, you will get nothing.  Your day’s aren’t as busy as they used to be because your datebook is not as full as it once was.  How can you book more parties without the using old fashion approach?

You consider doing an online party via Facebook because that is where people spend a lot of their time, when they are not out and about.  You can invite all of your online friends to your online party in less than 15 minutes.  Your friends can be anywhere in the United States and you’d still make sales from them. There is no intrusion or hard feelings because your invitations are sent via Facebook.  The day you start the party, all you do is simply open the virtual door for people to come in and you leave it open for a few days, a week, or more.  Not only will your friends know about the party, their friends will know about it too. People are shopping and you can go about your day.  How cool is that?  Now with advanced technology, your friends can shop via their smartphone while having a coffee at Starbucks.

It appears to be a safe and legit way of doing business as far as Facebook is concerned, while being guaranteed full payment for all purchases because everything is done online.  There are also ways of having it blow up in your face, so be careful and do your research before doing any selling online.  Read the article Online Direct Selling Scam.
